If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. If 30 days have gone by since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.

Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received it. We'll then process your refund for acceptable returned items through your original method of payment.
Most of our products are printed on demand especially for each customer. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Please note that most of our custom printed products require 10 - 15 days for production and delivery to your address. We have included this information in the relevant product descriptions. You'll find that our exclusive design products are well worth the wait!
If you wish to exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your original purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will explain how you can obtain a new item.
